Kendrick McGee, founder of Kenkay Real Estate Holdings, brings over 20 years of engineering expertise from the oil & gas and aerospace industries, specializing in product design, structural engineering, and performance optimization. With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from UT at Arlington, Kendrick has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions—holding multiple patents for downhole drilling technologies and designing critical aerospace components using advanced engineering software. His career includes key roles where he drove product development, optimized designs, and implemented process improvements under high-stakes conditions.
Now, he brings that same analytical mindset and problem-solving discipline to the real estate space. As the driving force behind Kenkay Real Estate Holdings, Kendrick is focused on building a fully integrated development company that delivers exceptional value and long-term impact.
